Spanish ferry operator Baleària has submitted a bid for the tender for the construction and operation of a new passenger terminal at the Port of Valencia. The infrastructure will be constructed in the 100,000-square-metre space at the North Entry of the Port. It will be powered by electricity generated entirely at the facilities from renewable sources. The concession will be granted for a period of 35 years, extendable to a maximum of 50 years.
